PS5’s Rumoured Horizon Zero Dawn Remaster Has Been Rated By ESRB

The long-rumoured Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered has been rated by the ESRB for PS5 and PC.

While Sony hasn’t announced anything about a remaster for Guerrilla Games’ 2017 adventure game, it was reported back in late 2022 that the game was in development and would offer enhanced visuals aimed to bring it up to par with Horizon Forbidden West.

In addition, it is believed that Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered will incorporate new accessibility features, graphics modes and quality of life improvements. Fast-forward to January 2023, and Colin Moriarty claimed that another team is handling the remaster, not Guerrilla Games.

Horizon Zero Dawn was released for PS4 in February 2017 in the US and March 2017 in the UK, kick starting a brand new franchise for Guerrilla Games following its work on the Killzone series. The sequel, Horizon Forbidden West, arrived in February 2022 for PS4 & PS5.
