Black Myth: Wukong Has Sold 10 Million Units Worldwide
Black Myth: Wukong sales have reached 10 million copies worldwide across PC and PS5, developer Game Science has announced.
Previously it was reported that Black Myth: Wukong had sold 4.5 million copies across Steam, WeGame, Epic Games Store, and PS5 through preorders alone. Meanwhile, the game achieved 3 million concurrent players across all formats, and Steam recorded a peak player count of 2,415,714.

Despite the game’s success, there has been some complaints about the performance of the game on PS5. In response, the co-founder of Game Science reportedly told a Chinese player that it may be a while before we see an update released to improve things.
Black Myth: Wukong is rooted in Chinese mythology and based on Journey to the West, and takes the form of an action-RPG where players follow the Destined One and encounter powerful enemies as you work to confront your destiny. Black Myth: Wu Kong features a stunning world filled with ancient discoveries, with Heroic Monkey able to master powerful spells and uncover the stories behind a variety of characters.
