Is Borderlands 4 Coming To PS4? Gearbox announced at GameCom 2024 that it is working on the next chapter in the Borderlands franchise after months of teasing, and confirmed the game is coming to PS5 in 2025. Given we’ve had multiple Borderlands games on PS4 however, this has prompted a lot of people to ask about a possible Borderlands 4 PS4 release. Is it happening?

Is Borderlands 4 Coming To PS4?
Borderlands 4 has not been announced for PS4 yet, with the announcement trailer only confirming a PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S release. Given that we’re now four years into the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S’s lifecycle, there will be fewer games that will be available on last-generation consoles, so right now we will assume PS4 is not on the cards. We’ll keep you posted, though.
