Official MOTHER 3 plush set available to pre-order

While MOTHER 3 hasn’t ever received an official localization outside of Japan, players around the world know of the game due to character appearances in the Smash Bros. series, as well as the ever-growing support for all things MOTHER/EarthBound. Now those fans around the world have a chance to show their devotion in an official capacity with a new merch set.

This is the third installment in the series of plush dolls created by figurine producer Norihiro Sakata of Bandai Spirits, who first made prototypes for the series over ten years ago. He’s been working to perfect them ever since with the goal of making the best possible plush—something that could be handed down through generations. He aimed solely for top quality, pulling no punches when it came to cost. This set includes the four main characters from MOTHER 3: Lucas, Claus, Kumatora, and Duster.

Lucas, the younger twin, is a gentle boy. Claus, the older twin, is an energetic boy. You can see the difference in their personalities reflected in their faces.

Kumatora, the princess of Osohe Castle, and Duster, a thief who doesn’t steal anything, are the first adults to be featured in the plush series. You can see their personalities shine through as the Wild Beauty and the weird Nice Guy. All four characters are available in plush form for the very first time, so we hope you enjoy seeing their 3D form from every angle!
