Games being made in the Nordics right now

The Nordic region is home to a plethora of developers making some of the world’s most innovative games – whether it’s an indie studio all the way up to blockbuster triple-A titles across all platforms.

As we build up to Pocket Gamer Connects Helsinki on October 1st and 2nd (which also includes our two-day Big Screen Gaming Summit!), we’re putting together a list of games in development to celebrate the local industry’s impressive creative talents.

Starting with Finland, you can see more than 70 games in development right now in the country. From Supercell’s recent launch of Squad Busters and the in-development mo.co, to Remedy Entertainment’s upcoming Control 2 and Rovio’s Sonic Rumble, the region is full of developers working on exciting projects.

This list features live games supported by developers and new unreleased titles still in development.

And we’ll be adding more games soon across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland, too.

Are you a developer based in the Nordics making a game that’s not on the list? Email craig.chapple@steelmedianetwork.com or leave a comment on LinkedIn here and we’ll get you added!

Is your game unannounced but you want to get a shout out anyway? We have a special place on this list for that too.
