What’s Been The High Point Of The Xbox Series X|S Generation So Far?

Of course, we’ve seen a lot over the past four years. Some of the best games we’ve ever played have landed on Series X and S during that time including third-party gems such as Baldur’s Gate 3, Elden Ring, Alan Wake 2 and much more, alongside first-party hits such as Forza Horizon 5, Halo Infinite, Starfield, Microsoft Flight Simulator and others.

But what represents the absolute high point? Is there a moment you can pinpoint where the Xbox Series X|S generation was at its peak? Perhaps we haven’t reached it yet… but looking back in recent years, what would you pick out?

It doesn’t have to be the launch of a game. It could be the arrival of FPS Boost or the final backwards compatibility additions, for example, or perhaps a really amazing Xbox Games Showcase (like the one we just saw). Maybe you’ll point towards a great period for Xbox Game Pass, or possibly just the success of the console launches themselves.
