Ghost Of Tsushima Adds Crossplay In Update 2.19 Ahead Of PC Release

Sucker Punch Productions has rolled out Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut update 2.19 today, which is a key patch that prepares the game for crossplay support ahead of the release of the PC version of the game this month.

In case you missed it, Ghost of Tsushima for PC will allow players to team up with PlayStation users as part of the game’s Legends mode, which offers co-op play. In addition, Ghost of Tsushima update 2.19 also fixes “an XP issue at rank 999 in Legends,” an exploit allowing an extra player on two-person teams,” as well as adding some “additional fixes.”

Ghost of Tsushima for the PC is a significant milestone for Sony in terms of bringing games to that platform, as it’s the first game that will incorporate Trophies for PC users. You can read more info in the blurb below.

While playing the game, you can earn PlayStation Trophies just like on PlayStation consoles. Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut on PC shares the same Trophy set as the game on PlayStation 5 consoles. In addition, the PC version also has full support for Achievements on Steam and the Epic Games Store.

Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut is coming to PC on May 16, 2024.
