Honkai Star Rail Update 2.2 ‘Then Wake To Weep’ Released Confirmed For May 8
miHoYo has announced that Honkai Star Rail update 2.2, otherwise known as Then Wake To Weep, is set to launch on May 8, 2024.
This latest update for Honkai Star Rail continues the main storyline, with Trailblazers introduced to a number of new Dreamscapes to unveil The Family’s many secrets. One of these is Dreamflux Reef, a barren location with many details yet to be unearthed, and is accessible through certain methods and resources only.
Meanwhile, as the Charmony Festival nears, attendees from across the Cosmos eagerly await the festivities. Among the highlights is the Festivity Auditions, sponsored by SoulGlad™, set to amplify the excitement. This vibrant event unfolds in the festive Moment of Scorchsand, promising a grand spectacle for everyone in attendance. In Version 2.2, Trailblazers will collaborate with their companions to take part in auditions, vying for the title of Festive Superstar.
Elsewhere, Boothill, a cyborg cowboy exploring the cosmic frontier, will join the Trailblazer as a 5-star character, and is said to be ‘brimming with optimism and untamed spirit.’ His combat philosophy sees him engaging with a single enemy and taunting them, with both parties sustaining increased damage from each other as a result.
