Kevin Kelly Removed From AEW Roster Page
Kevin Kelly is no longer listed on the AEW roster page.
The play-by-play commentator started his run with AEW last June right when the promotion’s Collision program began, and has been a mainstay on that program ever since. However, he would eventually get replaced by Tony Schiavone as the head play-by-play caller, and was moved to a color-commentary position for Collision. He was not on call for this Sunday’s Revolution pay-per-view.
Kelly did post the following tweets questioning why AEW had not been using him more, adding that he had been “libeled” by “Ian,” who is believed to be Ian Riccaboni.
I do the same thing in AEW because it’s critical to explain the why https://t.co/L6lLjnUvyn

But the idea of what I bring to the table is lost there because Ian libeled me. So I sit on the bench, valued by my peers, waiting to get my number called.

I keep asking why but get pushed aside. It’s ok because there is no one better than me. Ask the ones that know and they’ll tell you.

At this time it is not known if this is an error on AEW’s side, or if Kelly is no longer with the company. Wrestling Headlines will keep you updated on the story. Stay tuned.
