Apple Vision Pro Gets New Apple Arcade Spatial Games With More To Come Soon – TouchArcade
We’ve had a few bits of Apple Vision Pro games news for Apple Arcade titles so far, but Apple has confirmed that in addition to the Apple Arcade library of games including 12 spatial games, there will be more spatial experiences coming to Apple Vision Pro owners soon. I’m curious to see how the newer games run outside visionOS on just iPhone and iPad. Resolution Games’ Game Room was one showcased quite a bit, and it is one of the first games Apple highlighted today in its new announcement. In addition to that, we have What the golf?, Cut the Rope 3, Wylde Flowers, Jetpack Joyride 2, stitch., Synth Riders, Bloons TD 6+, Super Fruit Ninja, Patterned, LEGO Builder’s Journey, and Illustrated. Apple’s senior director of Apple Arcade, Alex Rofman, confirmed that more spatial gaming experiences will be coming to Apple Arcade subscribers on Apple Vision Pro. I’m curious to see if Fantasian ever gets an update for it because the dioramas would be amazing on visionOS. Barring the spatial games and updates, the full library will be playable on Apple Vision Pro with controller support. Hopefully this gets Apple to start bringing more exclusive experiences to the service rather than more App Store Greats. When it comes to non Apple Arcade games supporting visionOS, Honkai Star Rail is easily the biggest supporter right now.
