Stardew Valley Version 1.6 in testing and coming in 2024 says creator

News of Version 1.6 of Stardew Valley has been slowly trickling in and we have an update from the game’s creator, Concerned Ape, on when fans can expect to play.

As you can see in the above post, the original plans for the update ballooned even larger than expected leading to a lengthier development time, but the light at the end of the tunnel is starting to show. While no solid date has been confirmed yet, the dev does confirm in another post that the update is absolutely coming in 2024, and with it being in bug testing it’s only a matter of time.
