This week on the Pure Nintendo Podcast, Jemma has returned from PAX Aus 2023 to regale us with her stories from the showroom floor!
Last week we got excited for PAX – now it’s all over! This was Jemma’s first gaming convention, and what an intro! She was lucky enough to spend time with big hitters like Super Mario Bros. Wonder, Sonic Superstars, Prince of Persia, Fae Farm, Star Ocean, and Detective Pikachu.
There were also many amazing indie devs present, and it was a pleasure to meet and greet with so these talented people. Jemma highlights some of the best of the bunch, inlcuding Hojo Studio, Prideful Sloth, Vivink Studios, and Hungry Sky.
Meanwhile, Kirk begins our countdown to Halloween by presenting the first in our horror series to inspire us for the season. We also discuss the games we’re playing right now including Fate/Samurai Remnant and The Making of Karateka, along with some recent Nintendo news.
