The First Descendant Cross-Play Beta Moves To September, Is Now Open To Anyone Who Registers On PS5 & PS4
Nexon Korea has announced that The First Descendant Cross-Play Beta test will be open to anyone who registers, and will go live on PS5, PS4, PC Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One on September 19, 2023.
Originally slated to kick off in August 2023, The First Descendant Cross-Play Beta will run until September 25 and features a number of key improvements including performance enhancements, improved frame rate, HDR and NVIDIA DLSS 3 support, and Performance & Quality modes for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
Elsewhere, the beta will implement various quality of life improvements, revamped grappling hook controls and new parkour movements, improved jump controls, updated UI & UX elements, and more.

Finally, The First Descendant Beta players will also be able to enjoy new gameplay content including 11 playable Descendants and two ultimate Descendants, 11 new ultimate weapons, eight Void Intercept bosses, and 2 Void Intercept battle maps.
