Genshin Impact Update 3.8 ‘Secret Summer Paradise’ Release Confirmed For July 5

Developer miHoYo has announced that Genshin Impact update 3.8, otherwise known as Genshin Impact ‘Secret Summer Paradise,’ will launch on July 5, 2023.

Genshin Impact Version 3.8 sees players following Klee and Kaeya, both complete with new outfits, discovering a brand new limited-time area packed with open-world attractions and bountiful rewards. These fresh locations include towering hills, forested valleys, eerie caves, and amusement facilities, including a brand new area known as the Veluriyam Mirage.

Four summer special events and attractions can also be found across the Veluriyam Mirage. These amusements offer more bonuses, which include the chance to recruit Layla for free. “Spino Blaster” features a water cannon shooting game, and “Dance of Flashing Thought” provides more combat challenges with different features. Participants can control a little Barking Fox and take part in an aerial speed race in the “Sojourns of the Barking Fox” event, or try their hand at a revamped shuffle-board game in the “Bing-Bang Finchball” event.

In addition to the above, Genshin Impact update 3.8 will reunite old friends with their reruns with new outfits, with Klee and Eula appearing in the first half of the update via Event Wishes. In addition, Kaeya will have his own Hangout Event.

Genshin Impact update 3.8 is due out on July 5.
