Cassette Boy Is A Puzzle-RPG Coming To PS5 In 2024

Cassette Boy, an action-RPG from Wonderland Kazakiri, is launching in 2024 for PS5, PC, and Nintendo Switch.

The game features 3D worlds that are designed to look like a 2D dot graphic, with players able to rotate the map and view areas from different angles to solve riddles. Cassette Boy employs a Schrodinger system, so that items that are obscured by walls and other objects disappear when you rotate the map.

There’s more than just solving puzzles, though. Cassette Boy will throw enemies and bosses at you, so you’ll have to take up arms to battle while overcoming the numerous riddles that block your path.

The state of matter is only defined once you observe it. In Cassette Boy’s world, what you can’t observe doesn’t exist. In other words, the only thing that matters is what you can see on the screen. Yes, even the people you just talked to. They don’t exist unless you’re observing them. Flip the world around and bring things in and out of existence.
