Another PS Plus Essential April 2026 Game Has Leaked Ahead Of Sony’s Official Reveal

Fresh on the heels of Dealabs revealing that one of the PS Plus Essential April 2026 will games will be Lords of the Fallen, it’s now emerged that Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream will be part of the lineup.

Once again this info comes courtesy of Dealabs’ billbil-kun, who has been accurately leaking details on PlayStation Plus content among other gaming-related info, such as pricing and release dates for upcoming titles. Furthermore, they claim that Sony should officially announce the latest PS Plus Essential games on April 1, 2026, with the games going live on April 7.

So, what about Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream? Well, the game was released in 2024 and features a total of 21 characters plucked from the Sword Art Online universe, each of whom have their own unique role. While you can play the game solo, the main pull in Fractured Daydream is the ability to team up with up to 20 players across five parties of four players each, where you’ll face off against a towering boss and explore the map in free roam mode hunting down treasures.
