– As the show goes on the air, Cody Rhodes runs into Nick Aldis in the backstage area. Cody asks Nick if Drew McIntyre is here. He’s not, but he’s on the way, so it’s a good time to remind Cody that Drew signed the contract. So, once Drew makes that public apology, and pays that fine, Cody is not allowed to lay one finger on him or Nick will have to strip him of the WWE Championship. Cody wants Nick to let him know when Drew finally shows up. Nick turns around and sees The Miz. Miz wants to know where Joe Hendry is. Miz doesn’t Nick to say his name, because that imbecile ruined Saturday Night’s Main Event and his holidays. Nick calls Miz a Grumpy Grinch. Maybe Miz should be focusing on his match with Joe Hendry. It’s the holiday season, Miz wants a gift from Nick. Don’t play Joe Hendry’s music, nobody wants to listen to his music. Nick says, Tis The Season, no music for Joe Hendry. Joe appears in the ring surrounded by Christmas Carolers, The Alpha Academy and a Easter Bunny.
Joe Hendry Concert
Joe Hendry: Ladies and gentlemen, Merry Christmas. And in the holiday spirit, I decided to give you a gift of a holiday song. He talks about his balls every single day, I guess that’s why he says, that he came to play. I think he’s better off throwing them away, because the truth is, he can’t get a win without Carmelo Hayes. Oh, Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Miz has tiny balls. Every time he’s in a team, he takes all the falls. Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Miz has tiny balls. He would rather be in Hollywood, but they won’t return his calls. He’s playing with his balls on John Cena’s last show, then he got beat up by R-Truth and Joe. This song is getting weird, but now something is clear, why he got kicked out the locker room for half of his career. Oh, Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Miz has tiny balls. Every time he’s in a team.
The Miz: No, no, no. This is not sing-along with Joe. Oh, trying to spice up the holidays are we, Joe?
Joe Hendry: Miz, I know you’re upset, and the reason you’re upset is that we started this song without you. So, now that you’re here, let’s sing it together. Everyone! Oh, Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Miz has tiny balls. Every time he’s in a team, he takes all the falls. Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Miz has tiny balls. He would rather be in Hollywood, but they won’t return his calls. Oh, Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Miz has tiny balls.
The Miz: Do you know what this means? Do you know what this means? When my hand goes up, your mouth goes shut. You think some cheap jingle is gonna turn me into the joke? I’ve spent 20 years outlasting people that laughed at me harder than you sing. You’re chasing choruses, I’m chasing a legacy, earned with pain, not punchlines. And now that John Cena is gone, I’ve earned the right to be the locker room leader and take this company to the future. The jokes stop now, clear this ring, clear this stuff, me and you have a match, right here, right now.
Joe Hendry: I can tell you’re upset.
Nick Aldis: Woah, Miz, over here. Just one little thing I forgot to mention, your match, Tis The Season, it is now a Miracle On 34th Street Fight.

Cody Rhodes, Nick Aldis, Drew McIntyre Segment
Nick Aldis: Alright, Drew. We know this situation with you and Cody has gotten way out of hand. But I’m not even gonna put all the blame on you, Cody’s been out of line as well, both of you have gone way over the line. But in my estimation, when this thing really went off the rails was when you insulted this man. Now, I’m a man of my word, it’s your chance to be a man of your word. All we have to do is get this business transacted, and the deal is yours, and you can focus on your title.
Drew McIntyre: I’m a man of my word, so let’s start with the fine, here’s your big ole check, don’t spend it all at once. Now, the apology. Dan, I’m genuinely sorry I Claymored you in the face, it’s been keeping me up for weeks. No matter what happened or what you did, I should never attack an WWE Official, so please accept my humblest apology.
Nick Aldis: Thank you for that, Drew. Wasn’t easy, but I appreciate it.
Drew McIntyre: That wasn’t easy for me, but this is. I also apologize that it was obviously your dream to be a wrestler, right here in this ring, doing what I do, former World Champion, but you weren’t good enough, so you had to be a referee. Let me get down to your level. I apologize to your lovely wife, Melissa, had to watch me claymore you in the face, and she had to think to herself, I wished I had a husband like Drew, that stood up for his convictions, no matter the consequences. I get why you did it, you had to save yourself, you screwed me to save yourself to protect Cody, but I feel sorry, and I apologize for your children, that they have such a corrupt corporate stooge of a father. Oh, I’m not finished there, I can go all evening. You want to do something? You’re mad? You want to hit me in the face? You can get your revenge on me, right now. Go for it, Dan.
Nick Aldis: Woah, Cody.
Drew McIntyre: Do it, Cody, hit me, hit me, I know you want to do it. I can see it in your eyes, you want to hit me so bad, but the people are fired up, they want to see a fight, they want to see some physicality. What did you say, you don’t work for him, he works for you, you work for all these people. Grand Rapids, Michigan, you want to see Cody Rhodes punch me in the face, right now? Yeah, do it, Cody. I think you want to cry, you’re so good at that, too. Shed those tears like a teenage girl, trying to get daddy’s credit card. Come on, Cody, do it, do it, I dare you. I know why you’re so upset, it’s because I attacked you on your home away from home, your tour bus, where your family sleeps. Your family weren’t there when I attacked you, weren’t they? But I wish they were there. I wish your children could see a real man put the boots to you. I wish your wife Brandi could see what a real daddy looks like. Come on, Cody, I know you want to do it, do it, do it, strike. You want to know the stipulation? We’re not doing this match in America, you’ve screwed me three times here. We’re taking this to Berlin, Germany. Trying to make my life hell, I’m obviously in your head making it hell. How about this? Drew McIntyre against Cody Rhodes for the WWE Championship, Three Stages Of Hell. You agree? We agree. There’s one more thing, when I torture you in Berlin, when I send you straight to hell, say hi to your dad for me.
Cody decks Nick Aldis with a back elbow smash. Drew McIntyre delivers The Claymore. Drew poses with the WWE Championship as the show goes off the air.
