Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate Switch 2 Edition is out now

Cowabunga! Super Evil Megacorp today officially launched its award-winning Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate on Nintendo Switch 2. Yes, that’s right, another Switch 2 Edition of a Nintendo Switch game has made it’s way to the updated hybrid console. Hey, the more the merrier.

The Switch 2 Edition provides takes advantage of the power the Nintendo Switch 2 to improve the visuals, bringing 4K resolution in docked mode and 1080P undocked. The game will also run at an increased framerate, ensuring your moves feel fluid and smooth as you work your way towards defeating Shredder.

There’s nothing better than fighting alongside friends and families in co-op mode. Splintered Fate already had this feature, but the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition of the game now allows players to team up using the console’s innovative GameChat and GameShare functionality. This sounds like a fun way to play with your online pals.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate takes our reptilian heroes on a roguelike adventure to rescue Splinter. It features plenty of upgrades and boss fights as you work your way towards the infamous Shredder. You can purcahse the Switch 2 Edition outright, or players with the original Switch version can upgrade for US$2.49.
