State Of Play Japan Confirmed For Nov. 11, Will Focus On ‘Games Created In Japan And Across Asia’ Plus ‘A Few Other Exciting Updates’

Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced it is hosting a special State of Play Japan broadcast on November 11, which will focus on games developed in Japan and Asia with a few surprises thrown in for good measure.

State Of Play Japan will take place at 2.00pm PST/10.00pm GMT and will last around 40 minutes. According to the PlayStation Blog, we can expect the following: “From beloved series to distinctive indie creations, the show, hosted by voice actor Yuki Kaji, will be packed with great games, interviews, and new looks at anticipated titles.”

If you’re interested in checking it out, you can watch State Of Play Japan on YouTube, with the broadcast set to used Japanese audio with English subtitles.

No specific titles were mentioned in the press blurb, but given the event is focussing on Japan and Asia-developed games, we should be in for quite a treat given the amount of major studios based out of those regions.
