Is Grounded 2 On PS5, Will Grounded 2 Be On PS5? Obsidian Entertainment’s latest project was announced at the Xbox Game Showcase in June 2025, and immediately caught a lot of attention from PlayStation gamers asking about a potential release on Sony platforms. While Grounded 2 is now available for PC and Xbox Series X/S via Early Access, there’s still the lingering question about a potential PS5 version in wake of Microsoft-published titles now making their way to other formats. Is Grounded 2 On PS5?

Grounded 2 is not currently available for the PS5 and hasn’t been officially confirmed for Sony’s machine yet. However, there is a chance the full version (which hasn’t been dated yet) may come to PS5. Speaking with Eurogamer, Marcus Morgan, Executive Producer for Grounded 2, said: “Can’t talk about that right now [A PS5 port]. But I will say that Grounded 1 is on all of those platforms so…,” suggesting that a PS5 version may happen down the line.

As Morgan commented, the original Grounded did come to PS5, albeit a few years after its PC and Xbox debut. We’ll keep you posted!
