What’s happening on the Nintendo Switch eShop this week? Oh, just a little something called Super Mario Galaxy. And Super Mario Galaxy 2. In a bundle. In 4K. Let’s-a-go!
Yes, while it might not quite be the new 3D Mario we were hoping for, it’s the glorious return of Super Mario Galaxy and its sequel. These two classic 3D platformers feature colorful worlds, fun powerups, and star-crossed exploraiton. Not to mention the addition of a new Assist Mode and extra storybook content. We’ll be chatting about this nostalgic title on our next episode of the Pure Nintendo Podcast, and writing up a review soon, too, so stay tuned.
Meanwhile, this week’s other big hitter is another blast from the past in the form of Final Fantasy Tactics: The Invalice Chronicles. This classic turn-based RPG has been enhanced for the Switch 2, bringing engaging battles and exciting gameplay to Nintendo’s latest hybrid.
