Forza Horizon 6 Is Reportedly Set To Be Announced At Tokyo Game Show 2025 In September
According to a report on Windows Central, Playground Games‘ highly anticipated Forza Horizon 6 is set to be announced at the Tokyo Game Show 2025.
You may recall that Forza Horizon 6 was seemingly outed only recently via an Instagram post by an Australia import car company, which suggested the racer would be set in Japan. However, Windows Central has since claimed that Forza Horizon 6 is set for an official reveal in the very near future.

The site claims that they have seen ‘official, widely circulated documents’ that strongly indicate that the next chapter in the critically acclaimed franchise will be announced during next month’s Tokyo Game Show. While nothing official has been confirmed, we do know that Xbox is attending, and if the game is indeed set in Japan, it would make sense to reveal Forza Horizon 6 at TGS.
Forza Horizon 5 was recently released for the PS5 as one of many former Xbox-exclusives that have made the jump to PlayStation due to Microsoft’s ongoing multiformat release strategy. The game was a huge success on PS5 too, reportedly moving over three million copies as of July 2025. You can read our full review here.
