MachineGames ‘Super Thrilled’ That Indiana Jones And The Great Circle Is Coming To PS5

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle developer MachineGames has revealed that it’s ‘super thrilled’ the upcoming action-adventure game is coming to PS5 next year.

Speaking with Eurogamer, Alex Torvenius, the game’s creative director, was asked alongside designer director Jens Andersson about their thoughts on the game coming to Sony’s console (Andersson offered a hearty “Hurray!”), before mentioning how having Indy’s latest outing in more players hands can’t be a bad thing.

In response, Torvenius commented:

From MachineGames’ point of view, we are super thrilled and excited over the fact we will be able to be on PlayStation next year as well. The more people that can play the game – who can see all the passion and love we have put into this project and all the hard work – the merrier.

Xbox boss Phil Spencer recently addressed the news that the game is heading to Sony’s platform, commenting that we can expect ‘more change’ for the industry going forward. Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is scheduled for release on Xbox and PC in December, and will arrive on PS5 in Spring 2025.

Last week, in a separate interview, the team at MachineGames revealed that Indiana Jones and the Great Circle can provide a fairly big adventure for those looking to explore everything the game has to offer.
