CI Games Issues Final Round Of Layoffs With 30 People Losing Their Jobs

CI Games has revealed that it has implemented a final round of layoffs as part of restructuring plan that began in January, with 30 people losing their jobs as a result.

Speaking with GamesIndustry.biz, the publisher revealed that Lords of the Fallen developer Hexworks remains unaffected by the layoffs, and is continuing to work on the new action-RPG known as Project 3. CI Games said that its “final, targeted round of redundancies” has impacted 30 people throughout its production teams, and has been put in place to facilitate “maximum efficiency in delivering strategic priorities going forward.”
