Tomb Raider I-III Remastered update removes pinup posters

Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft received an update just last week, and we shared the full notes for that patch. As players have been working through the game following the update, they’ve noticed that there have been some changes made that were not mentioned in the official patch notes.

Eagle-eyed fans have noticed that a pair of Lara pinup posters have been removed from “Sleeping with the Fishes,” the fourth level in Tomb Raider III. Developer Aspyr has not mentioned the removal of these posters in any notes or communication with fans, so we have no idea why they were yanked.

Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft has received updates since launch, and none of them removed these pinup posters. For now, we have no insight or explanation for the posters’ removal, but hopefully Aspyr comes through with a statement explaining the decision. If/when that happens, we’ll be sure to share that reasoning with you.
