Battlefield Hardline On PS4 And Xbox One Is Being Removed From Digital Storefronts On May 22

EA has announced that Battlefield Hardline is set to be delisted for PS4 and Xbox One on May 22, 2026, with online services for the game set to wrap up on those platforms a month later.

Battlefield Hardline will no longer be available to purchase for Sony and Microsoft’s consoles alongside its DLC from May 22, while on June 22, 2026, the game’s online support will wrap up — you will however still be able to play the game’s single-player mode. Despite this, EA noted that the PC version of Battlefield Hardline will remain unaffected.

EA pulled the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Battlefield Hardline, alongside Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4, offline on July 31, 2024.

Developed by Visceral Games, Battlefield Hardline was released in March 2015 for PS3, PS4, PC, Xbox Series One, and Xbox 360, and eschews the military trappings of the previous games with a focus on crime, heists and policing. As a result, the game features factions based on the Special Response Units law enforcement and criminals, and its story is set against the backdrop of an ongoing drug war in Miami.
