Rainbow Six Mobile launched worldwide on February 23, 2026.

Mind you, the game was already available in Poland, Canada, Latin America, and France through the game’s soft launch, so watch your back when you hit the battlefield – there are some seasoned veterans out there already.

What is Rainbow Six Mobile?

For those of you unfamiliar with Rainbow Six Siege, Ubisoft released the game in November 2015, and it’s arguably one of the best multiplayer shooters from the previous console generation. The game is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

It’s an online tactical first-person shooter that tasks you with working as part of a team to secure victory, be it through eliminations or completing objectives. As for the mobile version, it’s currently under development by a new team at Ubisoft Montreal and promises fast-paced 5v5 matches with all the features you expect from a Rainbow Six Siege game, including destructible environments.

As for the specific game modes, Bomb, Bomb Rush, and Team Deathmatch are all present, along with more than 20 operators, including favorites such as Ash and Mute. Naturally, there are also some recognizable maps, and the team promises to introduce content with each passing season, so there’s always going to be something for you to enjoy.
