Game Of The Year – Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
2025 was an interesting year. We had some first-party juggernauts such as Ghost of Yotei and Death Stranding 2, former Xbox exclusives like Forza Horizon 5 and Gears of War come to PS5 for the first time, indie hits, and everything in between. And then there’s Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, a game developed by a small team that didn’t think much would come of it, and ultimately went on to become one of the most talked-about successes of the year. Unsurprising, then, to see that Sandfall Interactive’s emotionally-charged romp is our Game of the Year. Here’s to a stellar-looking 2026!
