Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition Comes To PS4 & PS5 On November 10 Featuring Base Game & 6 Add-Ons

Bethesda has announced that it is releasing Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition on November 10, 2025 for PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One. The game is also coming to Nintendo Switch in early 2026.

This re-release of the 2015 post-apocalyptic RPG is billed as the ultimate edition of the game, and comes with the base experience alongside all six add-ons including Automatron, Far Harbor, and Nuka-World, alongside 150 pieces of Creation Club content including fan favourites and some items that were previously unrealised.

For the first time ever, Creations are coming to Fallout 4! The Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition introduces a brand-new in-game Creations menu, making it easier than ever to discover, download and enjoy content from professional developers and passionate enthusiasts alike. That means you’ll see even more new content coming to the Commonwealth, ready to transform your adventure in exciting new ways.
