Silent Hill 1 Remake Goes Into Full Production

Silent Hill 1 Remake has officially gone into full production, according to Stockwatch and Bloober Team’s Investor call. The remake was formally announced in June 2025, following the success of the Silent Hill 2 Remake from Bloober Team, which was released in October 2024.

Through a translation from The Outerhaven. Though it wasn’t officially referred to as Silent Hill 1 Remake, the project was referred to as “Silent Hill 1 Project.” This appears to be a working title for the game, which was officially announced earlier in the year.

The game going into full production now makes sense, given that Bloober Team has released their original IP title, Cronos: New Dawn. The game was also highly received by critics and players alike.

It was also revealed during the investor call that the Silent Hill 1 Project is one of two major first-party titles the studio is currently working on, along with five additional second-party titles in development.

Bloober Team appears to have its work cut out for it, and the studio is likely to remain very busy going forward.
