Here’s Your First Look At Extended Battlefield 6 Single-Player Gameplay

We’re now two weeks away from the official launch of Battlefield 6 on Xbox Series X|S, and as plenty of games flock to Tokyo Game Show this week, we’re starting to see lots of single-player footage emerge for EA’s upcoming FPS.

A lot of this has commentary slapped over it, but thankfully, the folks over at IGN have uploaded some raw gameplay from the Battlefield 6 campaign. The video in question covers three missions from the single-player portion of BF6, and we’ve included it up above for your viewing pleasure.

We will say that this gameplay doesn’t throw up too many surprises, but it’s good to get some reassurance that the Battlefield 6 campaign should be worth a playthrough. The series has a very mixed history when it comes to single-player experiences, but campaign does look like it’s been a real focus this year after being completely absent from Battlefield 2042.

EA and Battlefield Studios promise “campaign on a global scale” this year, with the game set to feature “an elite squad of Marine Raiders, determined to stop Pax Armata in Battlefield 6’s single-player campaign”. It’ll arrive alongside the team’s multiplayer and Portal experiences when Battlefield 6 lands on October 10th.
