New Pragmata Trailer Highlights The Shelter, Where You’ll Upgrade & Unlock Abilities

Capcom has lifted the wraps off a fresh trailer for sci-fi epic Pragmata, which shines the spotlight on the Shelter, your base of operations where players can upgrade and unlock new abilities.

Capcom recently shot down fan speculation that Pragmata is in fact a secret Mega Man game, confirming it’s an entirely new IP. We were lucky enough to play the game at Capcom recently to sample Pragmata’s combat loop, and it’s satisfying stuff to say the least. You can read our full impressions here.

Pragmata takes place on a research station on the moon which has been overtaken by hostile AI robots, with players controlling spacefarer Hugh, who is accompanied by android Diana, who takes the form of a small girl. A key component of Pragmata is its hacking gameplay, which allows Diana to bring down the defences of enemies allowing Hugh to damage them with a variety of firearms.

Capcom has yet to announce a release date for Pragmata.
