Ghost Of Yotei PS5 Download Size Revealed Ahead Of October 2 Release Date

PlayStation Game Size on X has revealed the Ghost of Yotei PS5 download size ahead of the game’s release on October 2, 2025. According to the amount, which has accurately confirmed the file size for numerous games over the years, Ghost of Yotei will clock in at 85.119GB.

Those of you who plan to order the digital version of the game will be able to preload Ghost of Yotei from September 25, 2025 to secure your copy for midnight release.

Developer Sucker Punch Productions announced at the end of August that Ghost of Yotei had officially hit gold status, which means development has wrapped and the game is locked for launch day. Earlier that month during GamesCom, Sony revealed that Ghost of Yotei will receive a Legends Mode for 2026, which allows players to engage in a special co-op campaign.

Themed around ‘underdog vengeance,’ Ghost of Yotei takes place around Mount Yotei in Enzo some 329 years after Ghost of Tsushima, with players following Atsu, who adopts the persona of the onryo, a vengeful spirit based on Japanese folklore. Atsu is seeking retribution for the murder of of her family and destruction of her home at the hands of the Yotei Six, who are led by Lord Saito, a renegade samurai.
