Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater Digital Sales And Shipments Top 1 Million On Release Day
Konami has announced that Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater has reached 1 million shipments and digital sales as of August 28th, the game’s release date.
Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is the latest remake from Konami’s catalog. Just eleven months ago, Konami released the Silent Hill 2 Remake to rave reviews and sales. The company is just getting started with the Silent Hill Remake, which has been announced for a future release.

A remake of the 2004 game METAL GEAR SOLID 3: SNAKE EATER, with the same gripping story and engrossing world, now with all-new graphics and 3D audio that enhance the jungle atmosphere. Get ready for the ultimate survival stealth action experience.
Metal Gear Solid Delta’s producers revealed that if Delta were successful, they would consider even more Metal Gear remakes. Though it would be great to see Metal Gear Solid, Sons of Liberty, or even Guns of the Patriots remade. A complete remake of the original Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake would be a great choice.
