Marvel Rivals Is Officially Heading To PS4 On September 12 Alongside The Heart Of The Dragon Update
NetEase Games has announced that a PS4 version of Marvel Rivals will launch on September 12, 2025, at which point the hero shooter will also receive its Season 4 ‘The Heart of the Dragon’ update.
As for the latest update, the Seven Capitals have been drawn together by the Timestream Entanglement, thus forming the Heart of Heaven. Hela is now imprisoned in the An’Hay-Zhidi following Knull’s fall, where Devil of the Eighth City, Dizang, dares her to atone for her sins. Angela is not ready to forgive the betrayal however, and arrives in the Heart of Heaven demanding that Help be handed over, but its guardian refuses to surrender someone under his protection.

In the midst of all the fighting, Doctor Doom is up to no good as he’s looking to pinch the Chronal Chi of the slumbering dragon Shou-Lao, which threatens to unravel the fate of the Heavens themselves. As such, it’s now up to Iron Fist to protect the Immortal Dragon, or risk Doom claiming its power for his own dastardly deeds.
Marvel Rivals was originally released for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S in December 2024.
