Open-Word Wuxia RPG Where Winds Meet Is A PS5 Console Exclusive For At Least 6 Months

Everstone Studios’ upcoming Where Winds Meet is set to be a console exclusive for PS5 for at least six months, according to a small blurb at the endow the game’s latest trailer.

“Also available on PC and mobile. Not available on other consoles until at least 6 months after release date,” reads the blurb.

Where Winds Meet is currently available for PC and mobile platforms in China, and is set during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdom era, which transpired after the collapse of the Tang Dynasty. Players will have access to a wide variety of weapons and fighting styles, with the game map reaching about 20 square kilometres. The narrative follows the journey of a young sword master as they attempt to uncover the mysteries of you their identity, while exploring ancient China against the backdrop of political intrigue, power struggles and large-scale battles.

Where Wind Meet was originally announced at GameCom 2022, and features noted martial arts choreographer Stephe Tung working on the game’s martial arts scenes. Publisher NetEase announced previously that the game surpassed three million downloads for PC in China just four days after release.

A release date for Where Winds Meet in the US and Europe has yet to be announced.
