Lies Of P Update 1.9.0.00 Rolls Out With Overture DLC Support, Bug Fixes; Full Patch Notes Detailed

Lies Of P update 1.9.0.00 has been deployed by developer Round 8 Studio today, which add support for the new Overture DLC as well as a number of bug fixes and combat balance adjustments. Overture can now be accessed from the Path of the Pilgrim in Chapter 5 from a second playthrough, where you are given on-screen prompts on how to jump in. Elsewhere, monster difficulty has been cut down for repeat playthroughs, and bug fixes such as the removal of a quest progression block have been implemented. Lies Of P is based on the classic tale of Pinocchio but with a darker twist, players jump into the role of a puppet created by Geppetto and discover that the once-lively city of Krat has become a dark, blood-soaked and malevolent place filled with madness. Travelling on foot through the city, which is draped in stunning Belle Époque era style, players must battle against biomechanics foes using an arsenal of weapons and your trusty mechanical arm, which can be equipped with all sorts of handy tools.

• Corrected a problem where using Monad’s Rose Sword Fable Arts in Hotel Krat while playing a record would skip the track.
• Fixed Solutionist’s Amulet effect lingering after unequipping the item.
• Resolved a visual glitch affecting the Legion Arm Flamberge when the Blazing Death’s Hunting Apparel is equipped.
• Addressed various minor issues:
  • Icon display errors
  • Localization and text inaccuracies
  • Monster-related bugs
  • Miscellaneous minor bugs
