Dubai-based startup The Game Company has launched its AI-powered cloud gaming platform.

TGC said its platform offers triple-A titles via the cloud, enabling gaming on any device without the need for consoles or downloads.

Moreover, the platform is built on custom AI architecture to provide optimised GPU use, predictive buffering, and cloud-agnostic integration for low-latency performance across devices.

TGC said it attracted over 43,000 registrations and onboarded 10,000 gamers during its alpha phase. Key partners include Tencent Cloud, BytePlus (TikTok), Immutable, and Fetch.ai.

Games as a culture

The launch comes after TGC raised $10 million in funding earlier this year. It currently offers over 1,300 titles from platforms like Steam, PlayStation, and Microsoft Store.

“Gaming is not just entertainment,” said The Game Company founder and CEO Osman Masud. “It is culture, economy, and infrastructure. We have built the foundation for a new generation of gaming and we are proud to launch it here in Dubai.

“Dubai gave us the platform and belief. We are proud to showcase a homegrown product that is setting a new global benchmark.”

Head of Dubai program for gaming 2033 Faisal Kazim commented: “The launch of TGC’s cloud gaming platform highlights the power of AI to transform industries, augment human creativity, and unlock new creative economies.

“It’s a proud moment to see a product of this calibre launched from Dubai, for the world.”
