Tekken 8 Season 2 Is Getting Emergency Patch To Fix Paul, Jack-8 Issues; Team Is Reviewing Balancing
Following the immense backlash of Tekken 8 Season 2, Bandai Namco Games has announced that it is carefully reviewing balancing and will distribute an emergency patch to fix two unintended issues regarding Paul and Jack-8.
Writing on X, the company revealed that Tekken 8 update 2.00.2 will be released later this month to address the below issues, which are specific to two modes:

We are carefully reviewing the balance of the game; expect more information about these changes soon. In addition, an emergency patch will be released in April to address the following issues:

Paul’s Hammer of the Gods (Forward 1 + 2) results in a guaranteed follow-up on block, which was not intended.

Jack-8’s Jab Elbow > Make Some Noise (2, 1 Up/Forward 1 + 2) When blocking, the third hit is uninterruptable.
Tekken 8 Season 2 has seen considerable backlash from the community following its launch, with even Pro players voicing their disappointment with the changes made.
