London-based developer Ustwo Games is taking its Monument Valley trilogy cross-platform with all three mobile titles set to become available on consoles and PC this year.

Monument Valley and Monument Valley 2 have been available on PC since 2022. On April 15th, 2025, the games are set to expand to the Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.

The titles will include their additional chapters, add-ons and DLC, reimagined for larger screens with updated visuals.

Netflix exclusive no more

Monument Valley 3, the series’ latest entry, has been exclusive to Netflix Games since its release in December 2024. Its launch on Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S and Steam is expected to follow this summer.

It will be fully optimised for its new platforms with cinematic widescreen and gamepad, keyboard and mouse support.

The full story will also be available at launch with “major” chapter updates expected down the line, including new puzzles.

Monument Valley trilogy goes cross-platform

Showcased via a Nintendo Direct last week, Monument Valley 3’s expansion to Switch marks another subscription-based mobile game making the move to console, following in the footsteps of former Apple Arcade exclusive Hello Kitty Island Adventure.

Monument Valley 3 has built upon the series’ well-known isometric puzzle formula, featuring various landscapes inspired by global architecture, but impacted by flooding and harsh climate conditions.

Ustwo Games pledged to donate 3% of the title’s profits over the next three years to support flood relief efforts worldwide, which still stands after the game goes cross-platform.
