With all the drama and debate that’s gone on in regards to Xbox’s multiplatform push lately, it’s easy to forget that the first-party portfolio for 2025 is arguably looking better than ever – and it’s already got off to a great start in recent weeks!

So, following the awesome Xbox Developer Direct back in January and the successful launch of Avowed this month, dedicated Xbox fan Klobrille has once again put together a new version of the Xbox roadmap for 2025 and beyond, and it’s absolutely stacked with incredible-looking titles – many of which we could be seeing this year!

Here’s a look at the roadmap, courtesy of Klobrille on BlueSky:

As you can see, we’ve got Towerborne, South of Midnight, DOOM: The Dark Ages, The Outer Worlds 2, Ninja Gaiden 4 and Fable all slated for 2025 already, while there have been rumours recently about other projects – such as the Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion remake and maybe even a potential release date for Gears of War: E-Day before the year is out.

Whatever the case may be, we’re certainly in for a very exciting year ahead when it comes to Xbox’s first-party portfolio, and who knows what else could be announced as the year rolls on? If you’re interested in keeping up to date with all the Xbox Game Studios projects as they’re revealed, we’ve got a big guide to all of these elsewhere on Pure Xbox – and here’s hoping we’ll be updating it with release dates for the likes of Fable and Ninja Gaiden 4 fairly soon!
