Complete Spoilers For August 21st AEW Dynamite and August 24th AEW Collision
The August 21st episode of AEW Dynamite took place from the Utilita Arena Cardiff in Cardiff, Wales and was broadcast on TBS. -Michael Oku defeated Serpentico in a dark match.
-Chris Jericho defeated Tommy Billington. Afterward HOOK came out to confront Jericho, but ended up getting attacked by Big Bill.
-Mercedes Moné and Britt Baker came out next for their contract signing moderated by Tony Schiavone. Schiavone specified no physicality between Moné and Baker. The two traded promos, with Moné reminding Baker that the no physicality rule did not apply to her bodyguard Kamille. Baker gets the best of Kamille and sent her and Moné fleeing from the ring. Baker held up the TBS Championship to end the segment.
-Toni Storm defeated Saraya to retain the AEW women’s championship. Storm was attacked by Mariah May afterward.
-Backstage Renee Paquette interviews Adam Page, who reveals he is going to be in the Casino Gauntlet matchup at AEW All In. Evil Uno shows up and says he’ll also be in the match, leading Page to attack him.
-Will Ospreay and MJF meet face-to-face but the confrontation gets physical and they need to get separated by security.
-Kazuchika Okada vs. Claudio Castagnoli for the AEW Continental Championship ended in a time-limit draw.
-Darby Allin & FTR defeated Jack Perry & The Young Bucks. Afterward The Acclaimed came out and stared both teams down.
-The final segment was the face-to-face between Swerve Strickland and Bryan Danielson moderated by Nigel McGuinness. Swerve cut a promo that led to Danielson hitting him with the running knee.

-The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy, Tomohiro Ishii, Kyle O’Reilly) defeated The Undisputed Kingdom (Roderick Strong, Mike Bennett, Matt Taven)

-Katsuyori Shibata defeated Jay Lethal
-Kris Statlander & Stokely Hathaway defeated Lykos II and Nina Samuels in a mixed tag
-HOOK defeated Big Bill
-Jeff Jarrett defeated Ariya Daivari
-London Ladders Wild Card Qualifying match: PAC, Claudio Castagnoli & Wheeler Yuta defeated Top Flight (Dante & Darius Martin) & Lio Rush. The show finished with all the teams involved in the ladder match brawling.
