New Trademark Filed For ‘The Hurt Syndicate’


A very interesting trademark has been filed in the world of professional wrestling.

On August 15th, the term ‘The Hurt Syndicate’ was filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office by Totally Harmless Concept LLC. Totally Harmless was the same company that filed trademarks on “MVP” and “Ghetto Strong Style,” which was the theme MVP used while wrestling in Japan. Both MVP and Bobby Lashley were moved to the WWE alumni page this morning, spelling their departure from WWE and possible jump to AEW.

Clothing, namely, tops, shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies; outerwear, namely, coats; bottoms, pants, shorts, underwear, dresses, pajamas, lingerie, ties as clothing, scarves, gloves, swimwear; Halloween and masquerade costumes; footwear, namely, shoes, sneakers, slippers, flip flops, boots; headwear, namely, hats, caps; wrist bands as clothing; bandanas.
