Square Enix is co-developing Dragon Quest 12: The Flames of Fate with Orca, although we havenโ€™t seen anything on the highly anticipated project since its unveiling back in 2021. Following the announcement, Square Enix revealed that the sequel is being developed with the โ€˜next 10 to 20 yearsโ€™ of the franchise in mind.

We also know that Dragon Quest 12 will utilise the Unreal Engine 5, although beyond that, Square Enix is keeping details close to its chest.
