This week on the Pure Nintendo Podcast, Jemma and Kirk delve into the latest Mario-related news following Mario Day!

Last week, we speculated about what might be announced on March 10, this week we know for sure. We talk about the new movie, new LEGO sets, and the two games coming to us soon in the form of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD.

We also chat about the games we’re currently playing. It’s a mixed bag this week, with Jemma playing something fun called Astro Duel II and something frustrating called rough Justice ’84. Meanwhile, Kirk has been continuing his quest with Unicorn Overlord as well experiencing something quite unique with The Vale: Shadow of the Crown, something developed with vision-impaired players in mind. Cool!

We also look into the altest Switch 2 rumors, including a new name and some tech details.
