No, SMITE 2 will not be available on PS4, and is entirely a current-generation game. This is largely due to the face that SMITE 2 has been created entirely on Unreal Engine 5.

Titan Forge Games is using the latest technology to target the latest consoles, and to make SMITE look better than it was even possible before.

The original game was developed using Unreal Engine 3, and right when Titan Forge Games began working on SMITE 2, the choice to use Unreal Engine 5 and leave behind the eighth generation of consoles was made from the start.

On top of the fact that it’s doubtful SMITE 2 launches before the end of 2024, there’s likely no chance Titan Forge puts the time in to port SMITE 2 back to PS4 and other previous-gen consoles.
