Half An Hour Of Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League Gameplay Has Leaked From Closed Alpha Test
Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League is due to release this coming February, though some lucky players who registered for the currently ongoing closed alpha test have gotten the chance to already jump in.
Despite it being a closed alpha test, that hasn’t stopped little over half an hour of gameplay from leaking, showing the game’s opening 10 minutes in one video, and 20 minutes of gameplay featuring all four characters in another.
The gameplay also shows off Brainiac corrupt versions of Green Lantern and Batman, and features what appears to be an early mission where the rag-tag group of criminals attempts to save The Flash before he’s added to Braniac’s corrupt Justice League.
Trailers for Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League have already reveled that the group fails to keep The Flash safe, but the leaked gameplay shows us just how that happens, by being on the opposite side of some classic Batman Arkham gameplay.
Which means that evil Batman picks off each of the Suicide Squad stealthily one-by-one without ever getting into a big fight.
Before Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League was fully revealed, players couldn’t have been more excited for the next game from Rocksteady since the Arkham series.
Now that we know the game has an ‘always online’ requirement, that there’s more live service aspects involved than the previously expected zero and we’ve seen plenty of gameplay, excitement is wavering at best.
It’ll be interesting to see what the final judgement players will make on the game when it arrives in February 2024.
