Sea Of Thieves Has A New Developer Working On Season Ten Cosmetics
As Rare gets closer to its Season 10 update for its pirate-themed sandbox Sea Of Thieves, a new development announcement has been made.
The UK Bristol-based team Auroch Digital (Warhammer: 40,000 Boltgun) has signed on to create some “hearty cosmetics” for Sea of Thieves, which will be premiering in the latest season when it goes live on 19th October.
“Auroch worked closely with Rare to develop some gorgeous thematic cosmetic sets that you’ll be able to see in Season Ten and beyond. With these Seasons bringing in new game features every few months alongside regular in-game Events, Sea of Thieves is a service-based game that’s still growing and evolving.”
This isn’t the first time Rare has called on the support of other teams to assist development of Sea of Thieves. One other team that’s supported the game is Flix Interactive, helping out with updates to the live-service, combat, mechanics, and physical ship damage.
