FIFA Tops UK’s Best-Selling Game Franchises, Biggest Star Wars Games Revealed
GfK data has revealed that EA Sports’ FIFA series is the best-selling video game franchise in the UK, beating competition from the likes of Call of Duty and Mario.
The hugely popular football franchise as drummed up a staggering £1.96 billion in physical sales since the series debuted back in 1995. Call of Duty is next with £1.53 billion across 33 titles since 2003, followed by the Mario franchise with £1.07 billion spanning 101 games since the 1980s.
