Sony Announces Firewalk Studios Is Now Part Of PlayStation Studios
Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced that it has acquired Firewalk Studios, which becomes the latest team to be brought under the PlayStation Studios family umbrella.
Firewall Studios was founded in 2018 by a number of developers who previously worked at Destiny creators Bungie, and has been working on a live-service game for PC and PS5 since 2021. The studio is based in Bellevue, Washington, and entered into an exclusive publishing agreement with Sony alongside ProbablyMonsters in April 2021.
